As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

What’s your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes—if your size is available. If not, we’ll help you return for a refund and place a new order so you can snag the right fit fast.

Are return shipping fees covered?

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What items are final sale?

Final sale items (marked at purchase), gift cards, and select accessories are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
